Peace Advisory Consultant grew from a small spark into something much bigger: a commitment to deliver caring, community-focused support for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In those first months, we had few resources, long days, and a sea of questions ahead of us. Yet we pressed on, convinced that every person, no matter their ability, is worthy of respect, support, and a true chance to shine.

We paid attention to families. We learned from the people we served. We strengthened ourselves through every experience.

As the months turned into years, our vision sharpened, our team grew, and our services made a bigger difference.
